Audi Leaders decided no to stop electro cars development and a few months after the electro car Audi e-tron presentation the company shows the mini version of the car. 2-seats electric sportcar is 30 centimeters shorter, 12 centimeters narrower and lighter than its older brother.

New concept Audi electrocar sizes underline its belonging to other ‘weight’. If both concepts are produced in the nearest few years - then they will separate full-sized sportcar and small sport coupes’ buyers. That is how Audi can involve the main sport car lovers authority. But it’s not so simple - there must be a lot of things made to start such electro cars production. Nothing ready for such cars exploitation.

Less then E-tron and TT the car will be in small-coupe form-factor

Using 400kg of Li-on batteries the concept electrocar can pass 250 kilometers without recharging and can be fully charged in 11 hours with 230V or 2 ours with 400V and 32A. Mini Audi E-tron acceleration to 100km/h takes less than 5.6 seconds and the max speed is limited by 200km per hour. Unlike older concept electro sport car E-tron with 4 electric engines the smaller model has only two for the rear axle. The technologies are continued to develop. The main problem is still batteries and electro engines coefficient of efficiency.
